Treat Team Member
Our Treat Team Members and Shift Leaders are the frontline, guest-facing members of our team. Serving our guests with a great attitude is very important, so enjoying working with the public is a MUST!
Treat Team Member responsibilities:
- making tasty treats for customers
- maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the shop
- ensuring safe food-handling practices
- restocking food and paper goods during and at the end of each shift
- monitoring and maintaining inventory of daily products
Shift Leaders are our Treat Team supervisors. This position includes additional responsibilities:
- supervising and assisting other staff during shifts
- cash handling and closing duties
- bringing staff and inventory issues to the attention of the management
- confirming all items are completed correctly by all staff during each shift
